ART Type Active Regeneration Filter

ART Type Diesel Vehicle Regeneration Particular Filter System includes Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), Diesel Particle Filter (DPF), Fuel Spray System, Additive Injection system (FBC) and Electrical Conversion System (ECU). The system captures the hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and particular matter (PM) in the exhaust gas through DOC and DPF, and at the same time the ECU monitors the process in line and make regeneration. It automatically sprays diesel fuel into exhaust pipe, and fuel steam is oxidizes and releases heat in DOC then temperature rises, consequently soot accumulated in DPF is burnt up. The device operates independently from the motor condition and exhaust temperature, and it filters more than 95% of the PM. Thus, the diesel vehicles meet the National IV, V (Europe IV, V) standard. It is especially suitable for the retrofit of in-use diesel vehicle in the city, such as bus, motor truck, garbage truck, mail car and other municipal vehicles.
